According to Martha Armstrong-Hand, part of being a doll artist is making shoes for the doll. Today I was reminded that there is an excellent shoe making tutorial on pages 106-111 in Ryo Yoshida's book, Yoshida Style Ball Jointed Doll Making Guide. There is so much information available that it is easy to forget where to find it. The step-by-step photos make the shoe making process very clear.
