04 Modeling Nº 2
I use a ceramic clay wire tool to cut a two pound block of Prima Plastilina into smaller chunks that can be warmed up quickly and easily handled.
I lined a cardboard box with some aluminum foil on the bottom and placed the cut chunks of oil-clay on the foil.
I place a couple of small pieces of scrap wood across the top of the box to hold the incandescent light bulb.
This is the 75W incandescent light bulb in a clamp-on light fixture.
This is the oil-clay warmer box in action. A light bulb is a better source of heat than light, so this setup works just fine.
