08 Joint Design Nº 291




I picked up the skull cap today and laid out some lines for cutting it thinner. Click on any image to enlarge it.






I worked with the gouge, my paring knife, and an old paring knife with a rounded tip. It is looking better than it did before.






I carved a lot of wax out of the skull cap. My scrap carving wax box is almost full. The carving wax is a reusable sculpture material. I will be able to melt it down and use it again.
