08 Joint Design Nº 430

I worked on the front of the carving wax lower torso, adding, subtracting, and sanding. I used my wax pen, the paring knife, and 60-grit sandpaper. Click on any image to enlarge it.

Adding.

Subtracting.

Sanding.

The actual work is practice, practice and more practice: adding, subtracting, and smoothing repeatedly. ~Martha Armstrong-Hand (1920-2004)
