09 Plaster Production Molds Nº 136

I am not very good at Maths. Nevertheless, I try my best to do the arithmetic for mixing the plaster. This part of the mold will be 8.5 inches long by 5.0 inches wide by 2.5 inches thick. Click on the image to enlarge it.

This is my arithmetic:

1 [US] Cup = 14.4375 Cubic Inches

5 * 8.5 * 2.5
106.25 cuin

106.25/14.44
7.35803 cups

7.4 cups * 8oz
59.2 oz

60oz / 16oz
3.75000 pounds

3.75 / 2
1.87500 pounds is one part

1.875 * 2 parts
3.750 amount of water

1.875 * 3 parts
5.625 amount of plaster

3.75 / 5.625
.66666 consistency (67)

16 * .625
10.000 oz

3 lbs 12 oz water to 5 lbs 10 oz plaster
