09 Plaster Production Molds Nº 286

The piece of masking tape marks the level I want to fill to with plaster. The coddles are sealed along the outside seams and clamped securely. Click on any image to enlarge it.

I mixed the plaster. Always add plaster to water. I used the mold table vibrator when I poured the plaster. I washed off the mixing container, tools, and my hands in a 5-gallon bucket of water. Never put plaster (dry, set, or wet) down the drain pipes. I always wait at least one hour for the plaster to setup completely.
